Chappy Chanukah!

I hope you-all are enjoying your latkes and chocolate gelt! I'm too young for those, but not for long. Know why? As of last Friday, I am the proud owner of my very first tooth!! I'm so big!!!

Maybe now that I'm so big, Mommy and Daddy will let me help light the menorah? Doubtful.

Dear Liev,
"Chappy Chanukah" to you too, and mazel tov on the arrival of your first tooth.( Keep in mind that we have at least a three year supply of toothbrushes that we've been saving for you.)
The holidays will become more interesting for you as you get a little older: you'll be able to phonetically fake the Chanukah song, eat the latkes & Chanukah gelt, and open 8 days of gifts, and make wagers on which candle will burn out first.

Dearest Liev,
Try to keep in mind: Latkes, and Hanukah gelt - good to eat. Candles - not so much. You won't remember this year, but we will try to be around to make future celebrations even more special. Next year we will introduce you to Hanukah Harry. We think you will like him.
Much Love,
Grandpa and Grandma
