Halloween!

We were soccer guys! It was my idea.

Halloween was super special this year because we went trick or treating in Grandma and Grandpa's new neighborhood... in Wisconsin! Yay!! Grandma stayed home and handed out candy, and Grandpa came with us and took pictures (see above). I totally got Halloween this year:

1. Lights on = target house.
2. "Trick-or-treat" = candy!
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 until your parents make you go home because it's dark and freezing, not that you care.

It was awesome.

Iowa!

Just before the weather turned cold, I went to see my friends Turing and Huxley in their new home town. We had >36 hours of play date with no tantrums! Our moms were pretty impressed. Part of our fantastic behavior must have been due to how super busy we were - backyard stuff, indoor toys, cute little bakery, train yard, playground, downtown, children's museum, *whew!*

Background: cute bakery
Foreground: happy boys, Janel, pastries
Train's a'comin'
Train supervisors
Little monkeysSynchronized sliders

We had super fun! I hope we get to go back soon.

Summer Shots

Summer was good! I was very busy. I...

...went Mini Golfing with Alex and Lauren at The Most Fun Mini Golf Place Ever

...cheered on Daddy at his soccer matches (after all, he cheered me on at mine):
... read stories in the bathtub (why not?)
...was briefly a Star-bellied Sneetch
...had potty success, which led to prizes!
...including my Super Awesome Amazing Fun Marble Run!
...went to meet the UW cows (too big and scary!), then sampled their ice cream (way more fun!)
...and now I'm on to Fall Adventures. Pumpkin-picking tomorrow!

3 is the number of Liev!

I turned 3 on July 4th! America turned a little older than that. M&D were so excited to take me to the fireworks since I was old enough to stay up for them. I opted to spend the time at the fireworks with my head buried in Daddy's shoulder pleading, "I want to go home!!!" So we went home. My birthday party was way more fun: grandparents, friends, balloons, pizza, cake, presents, and an awesome soccer shirt with my name and age on the back.

Pensive pizza
Fife and drum and toddlers
Elmo cake courtesy of Daddy!
Daddy and Sandy helped me blow out the candles. I hardly got any spit on the cake!
Gooooooooooooooal!!!!!

It was a very fun birthday!

Aunt Ethan came to visit and it was Super Fun!

Aunt Ethan came to visit! It was a short visit, but we did so much!

We went to the Farmer's Market! And the Capitol!
We played Legos!
We drew chalk pictures!
We swung on the swings!
We painted our toenails!
We went to the Terrace, where we looked very small for some reason.
We sat by the lake!
Aunt Ethan taught me to play Doodlejump on her iPod Touch!
I loooove Doodlejump.
Did I mention how much I love Doodlejump?
Eventually I just pilfered Aunt Ethan's iPod Touch so I could play Doodlejump all by myself. Aunt Ethan was very nice about the whole thing.
Gracie was also super excited to have Aunt Ethan here.
I think Aunt Ethan had so much fun here, she's a Cheesehead now!
That's okay, so am I!
I hope Aunt Ethan comes back very soon!

My Trip to Florida

We went to Florida in March and had a so fun time! Our flight there was bumpy and we had to circle a bunch (turns out there was a tornado going by on the ground!), but after that we had perfect weather.

Perfect for going to the playground!

Perfect weather for going to the pool!

Perfect weather for the Zoo!

Perfect weather for the beach!

Also, I played guitar and sang. It was also good weather for that.

I was a little worn out by the end of the week.

I had a very fun time. Perhaps next year I will actually go in the ocean! Or not, no biggie.
