Dear Liev, Ah, such discriminating tastes. Dad tells me they are based on flavor and not color. There's much to be said for presentation. Perhaps if the peas were served flambe? Perhaps a bed of carrots with a few peas sprinkled on top - - - everything strained of course. Hopefully you will discover that besides nourishment, food can be a pleasure.
